I want to look at you
But it seems you always avoid my stares
So I just sit here, rather watching the rain
How can I ever see you between the raindrops and tears.
I want to be near you
But seems you move farther away the closer I got.
So I just sit here, watching your face and enjoying the distance between us
How can ever I afford to see you getting tired of running.
I want to touch you
But seems you turned into gold everytime I try
So I just stand here, embracing the warmness and smell of your skin
How can I ever feel the warmth of your skin if I let you turn into a precious cold gold.
I want to embrace you
But seems you crumpled like a forgotten letter everytime I try
So I just walk, with you on my side, pleased with the softness of your hand.
How can I ever forgive myself if I let you break down in spite of my caring arms.
I long to kiss you
But seems you drift away and drown the moment I touch your lips
So I rather close my eyes whispering those words eloquently while you’re a prisoner of my arms.
How can I ever let you drown and die just for your precious kiss.
I want to be with you, forever
But it seems forever, like infinity, has its own end.
So I just kissed you for the first and last time,
Embrace that never wants to break,
Touch that I will never feel again,
The distance that’s now even farther,
And the last glimpse at your fading silhouette suddenly engulfed by a cruel rain.
